Admission Information

At Peoples International Nursing College, our admission process is transparent, structured, and complies with the guidelines set by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

  1. BNMC Admission Test: Candidates must appear for and pass the national central admission test conducted by the BNMC / Directorate General of Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM).
  2. Collect Application Form: Eligible candidates can collect the admission prospectus and application form directly from our campus admission office or apply online through our official website.
  3. Form Submission & Document Verification: Submit the completed application form along with attested copies of academic transcripts and BNMC result sheet for verification.
  4. Selection & Viva Voce: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and physical fitness assessment by the college admission committee.
  5. Final Admission & Seat Confirmation: Selected candidates must complete fee payment within the given deadline to secure their seat for the academic session.

General Eligibility

To be eligible for admission at Peoples International Nursing College, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 22 years at the time of application (as per BNMC rules).


Course-wise Academic Requirements:

B.Sc. in Nursing (4-Year Degree):

  • Must pass both SSC and HSC from Science background with Biology.
  • Combined minimum GPA of 7.00 in SSC & HSC (Minimum GPA 3.00 in each examination separately).
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 in Biology in HSC.

Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery (3-Year Diploma):

  • Must pass SSC and HSC from Any Group (Science, Arts, Commerce).
  • Combined minimum GPA of 6.00 in SSC & HSC (Minimum GPA 2.50 in each examination separately).

Diploma in Midwifery (3-Year Diploma - Female Only):

  • Open for Female candidates only.
  • Passed SSC and HSC from Any Group with a combined minimum GPA of 6.00 (Minimum GPA 2.50 in each examination).

Required Documents

Applicants must bring the following original documents along with 2 sets of attested photocopies during admission confirmation:

  1. BNMC Admission Test Admit Card & Result Sheet (Mandatory).
  2. SSC / Equivalent Certificate and Academic Transcript (Mark Sheet).
  3. HSC / Equivalent Certificate and Academic Transcript (Mark Sheet).
  4. Recent Passport-size Photographs (6 Copies - Lab Print with white background).
  5. Character Certificate / Testimonial from the head of the last attended institution.
  6. National ID (NID) Card or Birth Registration Certificate of the student.
  7. NID Card Copies of Father/Mother/Legal Guardian.
  8. Citizenship Certificate from the local Union Parishad Chairman / Ward Councillor.

  • Application Deadline: To be announced (As per BNMC schedule)
  • BNMC National Entrance Exam Date: As per DGNM/BNMC official notification
  • Document Verification & Viva Interview: Within 7 days of BNMC result publication
  • Class Commencement: Will be notified upon completion of admission formalities
