People's International Foundation is looking for a dedicated and motivated Program Officer – Women Empowerment to support and coordinate our development programs focused on empowering disadvantaged women and communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The position will involve working closely with field teams, beneficiaries, community representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing women empowerment and community development programs.
  • Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, and local stakeholders.
  • Monitor project activities and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Organize training, workshops, and community awareness programs.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and records.
  • Conduct field visits and collect relevant program information.
  • Support the development of project reports and presentations.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in NGO, development, or social welfare projects will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
