Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct academic lectures, practical lab demonstrations, and interactive tutorial classes.
- Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment materials according to BNMC guidelines.
- Supervise students during clinical practical rounds in affiliated hospital wards.
- Mentor students, evaluate academic performance, and prepare term exam question papers.
- Maintain academic discipline and participate in college development committees.
